How to Get Here
Choose the option that works best for you.
By Car
From I-10 W, take exit 561 toward UTSA Blvd and follow signs to the Main Campus. The H-E-B Student Union sits near the heart of campus, just off Paseo Principal.
By Public Transit
VIA Metropolitan Transit serves the UTSA Main Campus. Routes 93 and 94 connect downtown San Antonio to campus stops a short walk from the Student Union.
Rideshare
Uber and Lyft drop-offs are easy. Set your destination to "H-E-B Student Union, UTSA" and your driver will bring you right to the entrance.
From the Airport
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is about 15 minutes away. Take US-281 N to Loop 1604 W, then exit toward UTSA Main Campus.
Where to Park
Parking Information
UTSA offers several parking areas near the Student Union.
Ximenes Avenue Garage
Parking is free outside Ximenes Garage at UTSA during event hours. It's also the closest parking to the H-E-B Student Union — ideal for the shortest walk indoors.
Bauerle Road Garage
A large multi-level garage on the east side of campus with quick access to the Student Union via campus walkways.
Visitor Parking
Daily and hourly visitor permits are available. We recommend arriving early on event days, as parking near campus fills up quickly.
