Inventory

What Vendors Can Sell

We welcome a wide range of trading card and collectible merchandise.

Trading Card Games

Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Riftbound, Lorcana, and other TCG singles, packs, and sealed products.

Sports Cards

Baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and other sports cards including graded slabs, raw singles, and wax boxes.

Collectibles & Accessories

Figures, playmats, card sleeves, binders, storage boxes, pins, art prints, and other trading card accessories.

Vintage & Graded Cards

PSA, BGS, CGC, and other graded card slabs. Vintage wax, first editions, and rare collectibles are welcome.

Logistics

Setup & Load-In

Everything you need to know before event day.

Setup Times

Vendor load-in begins at 8:00 AM. All tables must be set up and ready by 9:45 AM. Doors open to attendees at 10:00 AM.

Load-In Instructions

Use the designated vendor entrance on the north side of the H-E-B Student Union. Dollies and hand trucks are permitted during load-in. Vehicles must move to parking after unloading. Parking is free outside Ximenes Garage at UTSA during event hours.

Breakdown

Vendors may begin breaking down at 5:00 PM. Please do not begin breakdown before the event officially closes. All items must be cleared by 6:30 PM.

Security

Vendors are responsible for their own inventory. BesTCG Expo is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.

Provided Amenities

Table(s), chairs, access to electrical outlets (standard tables), vendor badges, and a listing in the event program. Water stations are available on-site.

Guidelines

Rules & Expectations

All vendors must agree to these guidelines to participate.

No Counterfeit Items

The sale or trade of counterfeit, proxy, or illegally reproduced cards and collectibles is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate removal.

Stay Within Your Space

Merchandise, signage, and displays must remain within your assigned table area. Keep walkways clear and accessible for attendees at all times.

Respectful Conduct

Treat all attendees, staff, and fellow vendors with respect. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated and will result in immediate removal without refund.

Maintain Cleanliness

Keep your table area clean and organized throughout the event. Dispose of trash properly. Leave your space in the condition you found it.

Follow Staff Instructions

BesTCG Expo staff have final authority on all matters during the event. Please cooperate with staff and security at all times.

Payment Policy

Payment must be received to guarantee your table spot. Tables are not reserved without payment. No day-of payments accepted without prior approval.
